The Wavytalk Airshape Pro air styler is manufactured for use in the country where it is sold, with the appropriate voltage for that market. If the country you are traveling to uses a different voltage, your air styler may not work. We advise against using an adapter, as we cannot guarantee it won't damage your device.

Does my hair need to be wet before styling?

Yes. For best results, we recommend using the Auto-Wrapping Curlers, Auto-Wrapping Rollers, Volumizing Oval Brush, and Smoothing Paddle Brush on damp hair (70%–80% dry). You can use the High-Speed Dryer attachment to dry your hair from wet to damp before styling.

Why should I use the Cool Shot button?

Using cool air at the end of styling helps seal the hair cuticle and lock in your style.

When using the Auto-Wrapping Rollers, are there any tips to make my curls last longer ?

Prep your hair for curling with lightweight styling products, such as a curl-defining serum, curl mousse, or a texturizing spray suitable for your hair type.Detangle your hair before curling.Ensure your hair is slightly damp (about 80% dry) before curling.Section your hair.Ensure each section of hair is no wider than the roller.Use high heat and high airflow settings.Adjust and extend the heating time for each section of hair based on your hair type.Use the Cool Shot feature for 5–10 seconds before releasing your hair from the barrel.Apply a setting or holding spray after after completing the entire style.

My air styler won't turn on. How do I fix it?

If your air styler isn't turning on, press the red RESET button on the plug, then switch the styler on again to see if it's working properly.
